Rev. Godbee began his assignment for the Kingdom in December, 2006.
In 1994, he received is his Associate of Science in Nursing from Augusta State University and in 1998 he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia. In 2004 he received a Master of Business Administration and Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix and in 2010 he completed Bible College studies at the Faith Bible Institute of Monroe, Louisiana. He has been employed at Merck Pharmaceuticals since 1999, where he is currently an Executive Oncology Representative.
Rev. Godbee is the son of Ms. Eula Godbee and Deacon Ellis and Mrs. Annie Godbee, Sr. Rev. Godbee is married to the former LaQuida Alana Kilcrease and is the father of four children; Yauna, Morgan, Alaina, and Joshua Godbee.
Rev. Godbee has established a teaching ministry at each church. He has implemented many improvements to the ministries and physical church building. He is passionate about spreading the good news of the gospel by teaching in a practical and applicable manner which glorifies God, equips the saints, convicts the unsaved, and fosters a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
He serves on the Neighborhood Renewal Committee, Plant Vogtle, and in the Shell Bluff Community Organization, Inc. 501c3. He is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
